Cipher

So here I am just starting and I know the puzzle to this one seems to be something with [spoiler] . Not seeing anything but a fish and some rocks. Some kinda make an M and an E, but "ME" isn't the password either so I'm stuck I found the spot to click, but have no clue what the password is.
