Cipher

Need help on part 2.. I got 3 codes same as those ones I got on part 1.. though I'm pretty much stuck, can't make heads or tails with what I got.. all I got were 3: the page title, the code indicated on the image, plus the other code within the source.. totally lost here.. :| :Edit: Got it.. :)
