the username is always "CIPHER" unless otherwise the level says it's not and the PASSWORD is the answer of the level.

What you have to find are letters (of course).

Noticed that there are some special grids in 4 c****s surrounded by special lines, some grids have same c**** as part of the background, and found 10 c****s in total.
