Cipher

I have the four sets of letters. decoded them to numbers. can't relate the numbers to the "[spoiler]" hint... and they look so alike too! first I thought the letters in the level pic is useful but it turns out to be the name of the freaking scary monster :shock: :shock: need some help here...

so I have the grid now.....don't know what to do...tried decode every single letter but failed. tried finding the letters from the 1st part in the grid, but they dont make sense
