what am i supposed to do with the letters? i got 6 numbers and its letter equivalent. what should i do next?

You miss some of the letters. You should have more.
After getting the numbers, anagram can help.

i've been looking for that "something else" but still i had no idea on how to do it...pls give me a little clue..i tried to gif the picture and get the file name but i had no idea where to use it

i already found six numbers and converted it to letters...and now i have no idea on what to do next
