I am now in the labyrinth, but I am unable to solve some of the puzzles. :?

G2-2 I have no idea about those numbers and the red color which makes me think of thermometer
E4 I have found the disappearance but cannot go on.
E5 I am not familiar with the picture, so I do not know what does it represent.
E8 Totally no idea. Does it relate to date or math?

Please give me some hints, thanks.

Now stuck at Sud**u. I'm sure I have got the unique result. But both numbers and letters make no sense to me. And the hint of B*******R seems useless. I'd like to know how to get the answer.
