Just click on the '4.' There should be a pretty obvious link in every image, and if that doesn't work for whatever reason, just look up the folder name in the source code and type it in. The password box will pop up.

As a note to everyone, I really don't see what's so complicated here. For people starting the riddle from the beginning, there should be no concern at all. For people continuing where they left off, just trace your steps from level 1. In comparison to most of the riddle, this isn't a very difficult puzzle.

It's not a problem; as I had said...

As now made clear in the early levels, the username is almost always "cipher", unless indicated otherwise by the level.

OK now.
I just thought if the username is not specified in the pop-out box then it would be "cipher".

What if there's no username indicated in the dialog box?
To clearly straight the point,
it only says...

"The server www.game...... requires a username and password. The server says: blah blah blah."

what would be the username?
