Although, it still bugs me of the amount of luck I used on this level. Deducing it is pretty much what I'll be doing right now. The why and how.

Hmm... is level 60 browser-sensitive or is it equally solvable on chrome-ie-ff? (I use chrome)

Not sensitive and it is equally solvable on chrome-ie-ff.
