i found the 7 notes but still i dont know what to do im not a musician.

You don't have to be a mathematician to know what 2 x 2 is.

stuck at lvl 9 need help here ,, what i'm gonna do with those notes? am i convert it? and im confused with the other clue in the source code "<!--something amiss?-->". can someone help me?

You should have everything you need.
If you're unsure on how to read the notes, Google will help finding all you need to know.
