i already got the answer... but why there is "authentication required"... i don't know where to get the password...

the username is always "CIPHER" unless otherwise the level says it's not and the PASSWORD is the answer of the level.

Hi! I'm a newbie here and solving these riddles were fun especially when I get to the next level, my mind are being oh so challenged. Now I'm stucked here at level 13 and I really can't get the way of solving these with those dates etc found in the source code. Game master, would you mind to give me more clue?

I tried decoding it but there is more than one [spoiler]. So what I suppose to do with that? Am I on the right track?
