There are already plenty of hints on the level. You just have to do the work of interpreting them.

Same thing: this is not a hint, it's the solution.
The other things in the level will help you figure out what to do with those dates.

Not exactly. There's a more obvious and specific date that's important here.

No, this level doesn't have anything to do with Frankenstein's monster.
