I have found the first clue and i know which level is the [SPOILER] but I cant find there the clue, Am I missing something?? I dont know what to do.

I also adjust the threshold of the second picture but I cant see anything that help.

I have already adjusted the threshold of the first picture, thats where I found the first hint but when I adjusted the threshold of the second picture, I cant find anything
