I'm not really sure how to answer that...once you get something out of those numbers, it should become obvious what they are.

the title and other hints in the level gives you 2 clues, not one! :D

How to decode this numbers? Just got the hints: *** and ****24. but still the numbers there are my problems? haha. please help?

The "24" is not a hint... it's just the number of the level. :)
