I thought of this level while spending some time in a hotel in India...

I can't figure out the numbers in the source been playing with this level for hours and nothing, the pic name I get but didn't help and I want the 3 letters for the title but can't make it come together

Good good, at least you know what the pic name means and such. The title uses the exact same "encyption process" and yes, it does mean something extremely important. As for the numbers in the source, think about...hmm...differences.

I have gotten ahold of the "PROCESS" but couldnt decipher it.i used the [spoiler hidden] but its no use??any1 could give a nudge?

You need to get something from those numbers...after which, that something must be decoded. Not sure what better a hint I can give...
