Plz help.
I know the answer is related to the color surrounding the pic.
but i lack the knowledge of decoding it. I don't even know what kind of code it is.
Can anyone give me some hints. >.<

There is only one hint on the level, and it kinda tells you what "code" you should be using.

should i translate the colors to alphabets and then apply some decode algorithm? or i should directly decode the colors?

I've got the use of the title of the tab and where to use it (i think) but just come up with a bunch of jumbled letters -_-"
