I didn't get the other symbols.. I tried to know exactly the whole hint but it seems that I can't understand some other words and so I can't understand the hint fully ,help..

yes i'm not talking with math i said i've found numbers 0's and 1's . is that right ? i know i should decipher it ,, what cipher must be use ??
