really got stuck on the 2nd part...

I tried to locate the letters from the 1st part on the grid image, but it seems that no all letters could be located. I've also noticed the three dots on the corners of the grid, but have no idea of their usage. I even read some hints saying that it's related to in***s*c***n, but still can not figure it out.

Please help!!!

No, these are not hints.
Think about the letters you've got and use them wisely.
