Well, I found the 2 somethings "outside" but only 2 "inside"

I've found 2 "things" modifying you-know-what; I think I've found another 2 "things" *inside* (I mean: where you arrive clicking on the "you-know-what", looking at the s****e)... so where's the fifth thing??
Outside (but I've searched a lot...) or "inside" (where MAYBE i can read another "thing", but it seems a bit of a stretch)?
And then... what? What am I supposed to do with the 5 things??

Actually, I've found I hadn't looked for n*****s in the right place, and only 2 of them where right; so I had to look "inside" in another sense, where I found 2 more.
So I'm still missing one, right?
Anyway, the "NOW Press the button" thing is making me go crazy... I still don't understand what's the sense of this hint that gave illumination to so many players!
