there's a username and password i just figured out but i don't know the answer in level 4 that's why i can't access whats inside it..

The only purpose of clicking the "4" is to bring you the password box. This is a normal procedure that's going to follow on several levels from now on.
If you're unsure about the meaning of 1s and 0s, then maybe it's time to search Google.
